About the studio
Energy Flow Academy began as a small circle of operations engineers teaching colleagues how to replace brittle macros with logged Python tools. Word spread through university alumni networks and startup ops teams across Japan. Today we run cohort-based courses and self-paced tracks that emphasize portfolio-ready projects, mentor-written reviews, and honest scope boundaries. We are not a certification body; where we reference exams, we point you to official providers for registration.
Principles
Show the script
Artifacts beat slides. Every milestone ties to a repo, log, or recording you can inspect.
Name the limit
We say what we do not cover so teams can plan adjacent training without surprise gaps.
Feedback with diffs
Mentors comment inline—mirroring how working engineers review automation changes.
