Overview
This policy applies to paid enrollments on Energy Flow Academy. Prices are informational on marketing pages until checkout terms confirm the final offer. Digital goods unlock upon cohort start or self-paced access date.
Eligibility window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded proprietary capstone assets marked as final release and have not attended more than one live mentor session for cohort products. Self-paced products follow the same 14-day window from payment confirmation.
Partial refunds
After the eligibility window or after substantial mentor feedback on submitted artifacts, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented medical or relocation events, minus administrative fees where permitted.
Non-refundable items
Third-party exam vouchers, external software licenses, and add-on career services once delivered are non-refundable unless the vendor policy states otherwise.
Process
Email hello@energy-flow.digital with enrollment ID, reason, and proof of purchase. We respond within 10 business days with approval or questions.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds process within 14 business days to the original payment method. Card timelines may vary by issuer.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. Force-majeure events will be communicated with options.
Consumer rights (Japan)
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under the Consumer Contract Act and other applicable Japanese law. For certain door-to-door or telemarketing contracts, cooling-off rules may apply; we will honor statutory periods where relevant.
