By accessing energy-flow.digital you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use. We may update terms; continued use after posting changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Energy Flow Academy provides professional education content about Python automation, including cohort-based and self-paced courses. We do not guarantee employment, certification outcomes, or business results. Course descriptions state prerequisites and exclusions.

Where accounts exist, you must provide accurate registration data and safeguard credentials. You must be at least 16 years old unless a guardian enrolls on your behalf with documented consent where required by applicable law.

Course materials, branding, and site content are owned by Energy Flow Academy or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of materials is prohibited without written permission.

You may not probe, disrupt, or overload our systems; scrape in violation of robots.txt; upload malware; harass staff or learners; or use our materials to develop unlawful automation. We may suspend access for violations.

To the fullest extent permitted under Japanese law, we disclaim indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to paid services is limited to fees you paid for the specific enrollment giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Kyoto, Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

We may terminate or suspend access for breach, non-payment where applicable, or operational necessity. You may stop using services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive—including IP, liability limits, and governing law—remain in effect.

We may modify the site, curricula, or schedules. Material changes to terms will be posted with an updated date. For paid enrollments, pricing and refund terms in effect at purchase apply unless we notify you otherwise as required by law.
