We collect identifiers you submit (name, email, company optional), enrollment and billing references where applicable, technical logs (IP, device, browser), cookie identifiers described in Cookie Preferences, communications you send us, and assessment submissions for mentoring.

We process data to deliver courses, provide support, improve platform reliability, comply with law, secure accounts, analyze aggregated usage when you opt in to optional analytics cookies, and send operational messages related to your enrollment.

Processing rests on contract performance for enrollments, legitimate interests in securing and improving the service (balanced against your rights), consent where required for non-essential cookies or marketing, and legal obligations such as tax or fraud records.

Account and enrollment records are kept for the duration of the relationship plus statutory periods. Mentor artifacts may be retained per syllabus windows then deleted or anonymized. Logs rotate on a security schedule. You may request deletion subject to legal holds.

We use infrastructure and email providers as processors under agreements. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information to authorities when legally required or to protect rights and safety.

If data moves outside Japan, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures consistent with applicable law and document them on request where feasible.

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures including access controls, encryption in transit where supported, and staff training. No method is perfectly secure; report suspected issues promptly.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Japanese consumers may have rights under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Contact us to exercise rights; you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where available.

Services are not directed to children under 16 without guardian involvement. If you believe we collected child data improperly, contact us for deletion.
